Full Description/Meeting Details:
Five Star School Award Coordinator manages the school's nomination application and portfolio submission for this award that recognizes schools that have exceptional community involvement in areas such as, school volunteers, business partnerships, family involvement, school advisory councils, and student community service.
Schools receiving this award must have a school grade of a "C" or above. The purpose of this program is to provide a yardstick for schools to use as an annual self-analysis of their level of community involvement.
Attend this training to receive technical assistance and templates to make your submission easier.
