Course Description/Meeting Summary:
In this course participants will develop an understanding of the parameters of reinforcement and be able to discriminate the differences between several types of reinforcement. Participants will then be able to determine what reinforcement to use and how to implement a reinforcement schedule. Participants will have an understanding of how to increase the effectiveness of reinforcement.

In this course participants will develop an understanding of the parameters of reinforcement and be able to discriminate the differences between several types (i.e. individual, specific positive praise, continuous, and intermittent) of reinforcement. Participants will then be able to determine what reinforcement to use and how to implement a reinforcement schedule. Participants will have an understanding of how to increase the effectiveness of reinforcement.
