This training equips school-based practitioners with a practical framework for creating and monitoring measurable counseling goals using the SMART Goal format. Participants will learn to design impactful, educationally relevant goals by utilizing clinical data from the OCPS Initial Mental Health Screener form and the Parent Intake to directly enhance student achievement.

This training focuses on creating and monitoring measurable counseling goals in the school setting using the widely recognized SMART Goal format.

Participants will learn to design impactful counseling goals by utilizing data from the OCPS Initial Mental Health Screener form and the Parent Intake. The session will bridge clinical knowledge with school-based practice, demonstrating how to convert therapeutic insights into goals that remain educationally relevant and directly contribute to improved student achievement.
