Course Description/Meeting Summary:

This course is designed to equip educators of the ESE separate classroom and their instructional coaches with the knowledge and skills necessary to create effective learning environments for students with disabilities. It begins with an overview of ESE terminology, followed by a digest of IEPs for students. The course then covers classroom structure and management strategies. Participants will also learn how to work alongside paraprofessionals, plan for instruction, and prepare for the first days in the classroom. This training will be held on 2/4/26 from 8:30 am-3:30 pm in the Kaley ESE Center Cafeteria.
