Ready to sprint towards success using powerful strategies using color-coded work center rotations? This dynamic training, "Rotational Race: Winning with Effective Grouping," is designed to equip educators in separate classrooms with the winning strategies to deliver impactful standards-based ELA and Math instruction.
Just like a champion racing team relies on strategic formations and individual strengths, effective grouping allows you to maximize each student's potential. In this training, we'll explore how to strategically group your students using both grade Level and targeted Skill approaches, ensuring everyone is on the right track.
We'll dive into the purpose of Specially Designed Instruction and examine a variety of materials for instruction, considering both Access Points and general education standards to pave the way for every learner. Get ready for hands-on experience as you participate in small group simulations, putting effective grouping strategies into practice. Finally, we'll get hands-on creating color-coded work center rotation cards. You'll see firsthand how color-coding acts as a clear visual roadmap for students with diverse learning needs. These visual cues reduce confusion, promote independence, and allow students to easily navigate their learning stations, ultimately helping them stay focused and engaged on their individual learning journey. This training will be held on 1/15/26 from 8:30am-3:30pm in Portable 9 at Baldwin ES.
