Supporting the Instructional Process for new and veteran ESE paraprofessionals. This Face to Face training will provide paraprofessionals with strategies for developing student independence and to explore a variety of instructional strategies and techniques. Topics include factors that promote learning, stages of learning, cues, and prompts, modeling, shaping, wait time,and fading.
