This 6-hour face-to-face training is for new and veteran ESE paraprofessionals to provide an understanding of behavior and proactive strategies that help prevent and replace inappropriate behavior, as well as improve appropriate behavior.

Full Description/Meeting Details:

This 6-hour face-to-face training is for new and veteran ESE paraprofessionals to provide an understanding of behavior and proactive strategies that help prevent and replace inappropriate behavior, as well as improve appropriate behavior. Topics include classroom management tips, behavioral terminology, behavior functions, behavior improvement strategies and types of reinforcers, and principles of utilizing reinforcement. This training will be held at Kaley ES Room 5 from 8:00 -3:00.
