Course Description/Meeting Summary:
This self-paced course is designed for OCPS employees that work with students with autism in the learning environment. This course is an introduction and will focus on autism overview, autism characteristics, and supporting students with neurodiversity. Participants will gain a better understanding of autism, neurodiversity, and how to support students with autism in the school environment. This course will open on August 2, 2024 and will close on June 30, 2025.
