Course Description/Meeting Summary:
This face-to-face course is designed for OCPS employees that work with students with autism in the learning environment. Teachers must have previously completed Autism | Introduction to Neurodiversity. This training will focus on various Evidence Based Practices (e.g. Prompting, Reinforcement, Social Skills, and Visual Supports) that will allow teachers to provide rigorous instruction in the B.E.S.T. standards. Face to face session on April 18, 2023 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at Shenandoah Elementary.
