Full Description/Meeting Details:
The Skyward Health Records training is intended for school Health Staff and Administrators responsible for maintaining immunization and health data at their school site. In this training, participants will learn how to:
- Maintain Health Records
- Maintain Hearing and Vision Screenings
- Verify and Generate Health Records Reports

It is highly recommended to download or print training documents prior to attending the training session.
The Skyward Basics Course must be complete prior to the participant’s first training. Users can access the Skyward Basics Course by clicking here. This course will provide each participant with the necessary background knowledge of the functionality and navigation within the system.
Participants needing additional security access other than their assigned default permissions will need to have the additional security access completed by their school principal at least 2 weeks before the training. Principals can refer to the Modifying Security – Principals course for further details.
