The Skyward Schedule Transactions training is intended for Elementary Registrars, School Admin and Secondary Counselors responsible for updating student schedules at their school site.
In this training, participants will learn how to:
- Download the Schedule Transaction Summary Report from the SHED
- Correct Schedule Transaction Errors
Training documents are located on CCdocs and can be found at: ccdocs.ocps.net
It is highly recommended to download or print training documents prior to attending the training session.
The Skyward Basics Course must be complete prior to the participant’s first training. Users can access the Skyward Basics Course by clicking here. This course will provide each participant with the necessary background knowledge of the functionality and navigation within the system.
Participants needing additional security access other than their assigned default permissions will need to have the additional security access completed by their school principal at least 2 weeks before the training. Principals can refer to the Modifying Security – Principals course for further details.
