Full Description/Meeting Details:

The Skyward Secondary Future Year Scheduling Session 2 training is intended for secondary school APIs and one backup who is responsible for maintaining the master schedule for the upcoming school year. In this training, participants will learn how to:

•         Create Sections and Class Meets
•         Update Sections and Class Meets
•         Building the Master Schedule through the Interactive Scheduling Board and the Master Schedule Builder

It is highly recommended to download or print training documents prior to attending the training session.  

The Skyward Basics Course must be complete prior to the participant’s first training. Users can access the Skyward Basics Course by clicking here. This course will provide each participant with the necessary background knowledge of the functionality and navigation within the system.

Participants needing additional security access other than their assigned default permissions will need to have the additional security access completed by their school principal before the training. Principals can refer to the Modifying Security – Principals course for further details.
