Full Description/Meeting Details:

The Skyward Family Access Troubleshooting training is intended for Registrars and School Administrators responsible for enrollment maintenance at their school site. The first part of training reviews the steps needed to update data in the Family Tab. These steps are also detailed in the Demographics documents. Skyward 1.2 Student Enrollment (Links to an external site.details the steps needed for adding a family when enrolling a new student. Skyward 1.4 Update Student Demographics and Enrollment (Links to an external site.)details the steps needed when updating data in the Family Tab.

The second portion of training examines various scenarios that cause guardians to not have the ability to view their student(s) information in Family Access.

  • Navigate the Family Access duplicate file
  • Identify and correct Family Access duplicate issues
