Full Description/Meeting Details:
Skyward Secondary Future Year Scheduling Session 1 is intended for school APIs and counselors responsible for maintaining the master schedule, student course requests, and schedules for the upcoming school year. In this session, participants will learn how to:
- Navigate in the Course Master
- Maintain buildings and rooms
- Enter student course requests
- Print verification reports
Training documents are located on CCdocs and can be found at: CCdocs . It is highly recommended to download or print training documents prior to attending the training session.
The Skyward Basics Course must be complete prior to the participant’s first training. Users can access the Skyward Basics Course by clicking here. This course will provide each participant with the necessary background knowledge of the functionality and navigation within the system.
Participants needing additional security access other than their assigned default permissions will need to have the additional security access completed by their school principal before the training. Principals can refer to the Modifying Security – Principals course for further details.
