Full Description/Meeting Details:

The Skyward Secondary Future Year Scheduling Session 3 training is intended for Secondary School APIs and one designated administrator backup responsible for loading student schedules at their school site.

In this training, participants will learn how to:

• Process the Auto Scheduler generating student schedules through Pseudo (simulation) Scheduling Runs
• Review Scheduling Run Analysis to resolve scheduling conflicts
• Process the Auto Scheduler generating student schedules through an Actual Scheduling Run
• Utilize reports to assist in analyzing the scheduling data

It is highly recommended to download or print training documents prior to attending the training session.  

The Skyward Basics Course must be complete prior to the participant’s first training. Users can access the Skyward Basics Course by clicking here. This course will provide each participant with the necessary background knowledge of the functionality and navigation within the system.

Participants needing additional security access other than their assigned default permissions will need to have the additional security access completed by their school principal before the training. Principals can refer to the Modifying Security – Principals course for further details.
