All strategies taught keep the philosophy of CPI which is to "promote the best Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security for all involved in a crisis situation."
This course provides de-escalation strategies that can be used but should not replace OCPS transportation policies and procedures.

- The course takes approximately 3 hours to complete.
- This course will begin on August 2, 2022 and end on June 30, 2023.
