Course Description/Meeting Summary:
This training is for registrars that have not attended a professional learning session with the OCPS McKinney-Vento Program in the last year. Content will cover qualification and legal requirements for school registration under the McKinney-Vento Act. This is a 3 hour training scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2024 from 12:00 pm-3:00 pm at Acceleration East High School located at 2274 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL 32822. Please check into the lobby when you arrive at the school. Be sure to have your OCPS ID with you at check in. **Please bring your OCPS issued laptop and charger with you to the training.
