Full course description
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) is a 12-hour course that focuses on verbal de-escalation techniques and strategies to prevent violent or disruptive behavior in the classroom, thereby allowing the teacher to emphasize learning. Physical intervention techniques that can be used as a last resort during a crisis are also taught. This training will take place at TBA
