Skyward Secondary Future Year Scheduling Session 1 is intended for school APIs and staff responsible for maintaining the master schedule for the upcoming school year.

Full Description/Meeting Details:
The Skyward Secondary Future Year Scheduling Session 1 training is intended for secondary APIs and one support person of choice who is responsible for maintaining the master schedule for the upcoming school year. In this session, participants will learn how to navigate in the Course Master, create a course availability list, and maintain buildings and rooms.
Training documents are located on CCdocs and can be found at: CCdocs . It is highly recommended to download or print training documents prior to attending the training session.
The Skyward Basics Course must be complete prior to the participant’s first face-to-face training. Users can access the Skyward Basics Course by clicking here. This course will provide each participant with the necessary background knowledge of the functionality and navigation within the system.
Participants needing additional security access other than their assigned default permissions will need to have the additional security access completed by their school principal before the training. Principals can refer to the Modifying Security – Principals course for further details.
Participants will need to bring laptops and chargers.
The Skyward Teaching and Learning Training Site is located at 905 Waltham Ave, Orlando, FL 32809. Upon arrival, participants are required to check in at the auditorium for the exact training room location. Doors open at 8am.
Please note there is a Pepsi product vending machine, a refrigerator to store lunch, and microwaves available for use on site.
