Full Description/Meeting Details:

This facilitated Canvas course and live virtual series provides in-depth professional development around behavior interventions, tiered supports, and trauma-informed strategies using 15-Minute Focus: Behavior Interventions by Amie Dean. It is a facilitated book study where participants will recieve a personal copy of the book provided by SEDNET. 

 Participants will engage in weekly sessions that combine:

  •  Live virtual learning/discussions (facilitated weekly)
  • Guided reading and planning using chapter-aligned tools
  • Reflections and implementation tasks submitted via Canvas

 Each session aligns with one of SEDNET’s three core training deliverables:

  1. Classroom Management Support through Resiliency Education
  2. Behavior Strategies, Team Problem Solving, and Collaboration
  3. Crisis Prevention and Response to Build Resiliency
