Full Description/Meeting Details:
This facilitated Canvas course and live virtual series provides in-depth professional development around behavior interventions, tiered supports, and trauma-informed strategies using 15-Minute Focus: Behavior Interventions by Amie Dean. It is a facilitated book study where participants will recieve a personal copy of the book provided by SEDNET.
Participants will engage in weekly sessions that combine:
- Live virtual learning/discussions (facilitated weekly)
- Guided reading and planning using chapter-aligned tools
- Reflections and implementation tasks submitted via Canvas
Each session aligns with one of SEDNET’s three core training deliverables:
- Classroom Management Support through Resiliency Education
- Behavior Strategies, Team Problem Solving, and Collaboration
- Crisis Prevention and Response to Build Resiliency
