Full Description/Meeting Details:
The following: chemical storage, chemical inventory, safety data sheets, emergency situations, spills, approved and prohibited OCPS chemicals. This annual training is for any staff involved with the use, handling, and storage of school science laboratory chemicals. Examples of staff members within the school who may be involved in the training include: • High School science & STEM teachers • Middle School science & STEM teachers • Elementary School teachers that order science chemicals Science teachers who perform experiments, have students conducting experiments, or have any chemicals stored in their classroom, including the storage room, are required to take this training.
