How to Conduct a Drill is an overview video for administrators to learn more about conducting effective drills, utilizing their School Emergency Response Team (SERT) and includes resources available to complete a successful drill. 

This training will focus on the importance of compliance to competency to confidence. Our goal is to produce a safe working and learning environment for students and staff. This training will provide principals and assistant principals with tips to ensure a successful school based emergency preparedness program and give them the confidence to lead their school successfully through any emergency that may arise.
