Course Description/Meeting Summary:
This course is designed for OCPS employees who work with students with Emotional/Behavior Disability (E/BD) and other related disabilities in the learning environment. Participants will gather an understanding of the key characteristics of Emotional/Behavior Disability and apply critical elements of varied instructional strategies and resources to provide comprehensible instruction to students being served in all learning environments.

This course is designed for OCPS employees who work with students with Emotional/Behavior Disability (E/BD) and other related disabilities in the learning environment. Participants will gather an understanding of the key characteristics of Emotional/Behavior Disability (E/BD) and apply key concepts of varied instructional strategies and resources to provide comprehensible instruction to students being served in all learning environments.This training will be held on Wednesday, 3/25/26 from 8:30pm-3:30pm at Baldwin Park Elementary School in portable 9.
There is a 15 minute policy. This means you cannot be more than 15 minutes late at the beginning, returning from lunch, or leaving early for face to face sessions. This results in no admittance. If you cannot stay for the duration of the professional learning (PL), please remove yourself from the course.
